- Can you manufacture bespoke trim sizes i.e. E45?
That is correct! We have the capability of manufacturing custom trim sizes for our customers.
- Can you powder coat different colours?
Yes we can powder coat any RAL, BS or NCS colour.
- Do you offer anything other than standard aluminium trims?
Yes, we can manufacture curves, column rings, access panels, bespoke pressed metal works.
- Can you design new trims?
Yes, we have the technology and expertise to design and manufacture brand new aluminium extrusions.
- Do you hold stock at your premises?
Yes, we hold vast amounts of stock in our 36,000ft purpose built factory.
- Can you hold stock for me?
Yes we certainly can, for large projects we have the facility to hold stock for call off.
- How quickly can my goods be delivered?
We offer a guaranteed next day delivery service on stock items, and a 3-5 working day delivery on some bespoke items. Terms & conditions apply.
- What length are your trims supplied in?
Our standard trims are supplied in 3000mm lengths.
- What grade of aluminium do you supply?
Qic Trims are manufactured from high strength extruded aluminium to BS1474, in architectural grade 6063 T6 Alloy.
- How are your trims packaged?
All our goods are delivered in heavy gauge heat shrink polythene packaging with corrugated cardboard end caps.
- Can you provide CAD drawings and technical support?
Yes, we offer comprehensive technical support, including CAD drawings, to assist with your project planning and execution.
- Do you offer installation guidance for your products?
Absolutely. We provide detailed installation guides and practical advice to ensure proper application of our products.
- Are your products compatible with all major plasterboard and ceiling systems?
Yes, our trims and profiles are designed to be compatible with all major brands of plasterboard, steel stud, track systems, and timber framing.
- Do you offer samples for your products?
Yes, we can provide samples to help you assess the suitability of our products for your specific project needs.
- Can you accommodate large-scale orders for commercial projects?
Certainly. Our extensive manufacturing capabilities and large stockholding enable us to fulfill substantial orders for commercial projects efficiently.
