When ever I have a problem with specialist trims there a plenty of options for me to solve my problem but the only call I make is to QIC trims. There are plenty of reasons for this including:
First and formost our business is based on customer service and I have always found QIC’s service of the highest standard.
When I speak to them and explain what I need I know I don’t have to worry about anything and if I don’t exactly know what is required they will happily call my customer agree on what is needed to solve the problem then get back to me with a price so I price the correct item for my customer…
Turn around time is important aswell and if they tell me it is 2 days lead time that’s what it is just like if they say 4 weeks I know that is the very best they can do for that product my customer requires this is down to the trust I put in them..there are plenty of options open to me but the only option you need to have is QIC number as it is simply the best!!!
